Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-19

1. Commitment

__COMPANY_NAME__ is committed to making its storefront usable by as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement applies to the website at https://licenex.eu and its sub-pages.

2. Conformance target

The target for the storefront is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. This is a continuous work in progress; some content may not yet fully meet this target.

3. Scope

  • In scope: home page, category and product pages, cart and checkout, account and order history pages, the policy pages linked in the footer, and search results.
  • Partially in scope: third-party widgets (chat, payment, video). For these, we depend on the accessibility support of the third-party provider while continuing to evaluate alternatives.
  • Out of scope: legacy /posts blog content where individual articles have not been reviewed.

4. Known limitations

  • Some controls on small viewports may be narrower than the WCAG 2.2 minimum target size until a follow-up release completes the responsive pass.
  • The chat widget may not yet be fully operable with a keyboard-only or screen-reader interaction model.
  • Some colour combinations may fall short of the WCAG contrast target; the design tokens are being reviewed.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us the page URL, the device or assistive technology you are using, and the expected outcome.

5. Compatibility with assistive technology

The site is tested against current versions of common browsers (Chromium-based, Firefox and Safari) with the VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack screen readers in mind. We aim to maintain the standard ARIA and HTML semantics that those tools rely on.

6. Feedback and contact

Send feedback to [email protected]. We respond to accessibility reports as a priority and aim to acknowledge within two business days.

7. Enforcement

If our response is not satisfactory, you can contact the national enforcement body in your country of residence (for example, the equality or digital-accessibility regulator that monitors the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality and Human Rights Commission, or the Swiss Federal Bureau for the Equality of People with Disabilities). See also our Complaints & ADR page.

8. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared from a self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and is reviewed at least once per year or after significant changes to the storefront.
