How payments are processed

Payments are processed by Stripe. __COMPANY_NAME__ never receives or stores your full card number. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider, the most stringent level of certification available.

Supported methods

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express (EUR and major currencies)
• Additional regional methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, TWINT, Vipps, Swish) are added as eligibility is confirmed on the Stripe account.

Currency and VAT

Prices are shown in EUR by default. Currency, country, and VAT are determined at checkout via Stripe Tax. See the VAT & Invoices page for the full breakdown.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your statement with a descriptor that references __COMPANY_NAME__ and the order reference. If a charge is not recognised, contact [email protected] before disputing it with your bank.
